As a way to honor your service to our communities, while remembering the service of our veterans, we are giving away 100 limited edition Core & Main hydrant cookie jars during our Summer of Service from May 26, 2025 through September 1, 2025. Place 3 orders, over 3 months for a total of $3,000 and you are automatically qualified and entered to win.

This year’s design was created in conjunction with a Folds of Honor scholarship recipient and pays tribute to fallen military service members by featuring the missing man formation.

Here's How To Qualify

  • 100 Core & Main fire hydrant cookie jar winners!
  • Active from May 26, 2005 (Memorial Day) through September 1, 2025 (Labor Day).
  • Place a minimum of three orders with a combined total of $3,000.00 or more during the three-month sweepstakes period.
  • All qualifying orders are automatically entered (no entry necessary).
  • Winners will be selected randomly on June 30, July 31, and September 1, 2025.
  • Limit one per customer account.

Official Rules

Participation Period
The CNM Cookie Jar Raffle (“Sweepstakes”) period begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Time ("CT") on Monday, May 26, 2025, and concludes at 11:59pm CT on Monday, September 1, 2025.

Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is offered to individuals who submit at least three individual orders that total, in the aggregate, $3,000 during the Sweepstakes period (“Supply Customers”) with Core & Main Supply ("Supply"). Sweepstakes entries without purchase can be made here, one entry per person. 

How to Participate 
Supply Customers enter and become eligible for prizes by submitting at least three individual orders with Core & Main Supply totaling $3,000 during the Sweepstakes period. The odds of winning a prize depends on the number of Supply Customers that participate in the Sweepstakes. All qualifying orders are automatically entered, so no entry is required. No purchase necessary. Sweepstakes entries without purchase can be made here, one entry per person. 

Prizes
Core & Main Fire Hydrant Cookie Jar (drawing required)

•    You will be entered into a prize drawing if you submit at least three individual orders totaling $3,000 or more with Core & Main Supply during the Sweepstakes period.  
•    There will be up to 100 winners, each of whom will receive a Core & Main Fire Hydrant Cookie Jar.
•    The winners will be randomly selected via drawing on June 30, 2025, July 31, 2025, and September 1, 2025.
•    Limit one per customer account.

Participants acknowledge that the prizes are awarded as-is. 

Sweepstakes Random Drawings
The drawings will be held on June 30, 2025, July 31, 2025 and September 1, 2025, with the winners being communicated to directly by the Core & Main Supply team promptly after the drawing. 

General Terms & Conditions
Participants in the Sweepstakes fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these terms and conditions and the decisions of the Company, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. The Company is not responsible and cannot be held liable for technical errors or other things that may prevent the Sweepstakes from running as planned. Should any portion of the Sweepstakes be, in the Company’s sole opinion, compromised by causes that, in sole opinion of the Company, corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes, the Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to suspend, modify or terminate the Sweepstakes or disqualify individual Associates. The Company reserves the right to substitute any prize set forth herein, or any portion thereof, with a prize of equal or greater value.
